We normally get bills in the mail for car insurance, electricity, credit card, etc. This time, try signing up on their websites to switch from receiving bills in the mail to receiving them electronically in your e-mail inbox. This step cuts down on the clutter in your mailbox and eliminates paper waste. Beyond that, hopefully it makes your life a little easier, too. You can simply search for the bill in your inbox, reducing the risk of misplacing or losing a hard copy. And you can set up automatic payments online, so you don’t have to worry about missing a bill (plus, you’ll save yourself the cost of postage and envelope).
