Nanci Shrager

I am a passionate educator of Deaf  students  and teacher mentorship. During 34 years in Deaf Ed I have had the honor of serving as an elementary classroom teacher, K-5 math TEAM ( thinking, evaluating, assessing mathematics) instructor , administrator, curriculum supervisor/specialist, and induction coach.  I also am a part-time university instructor supporting preservice student teachers, interns.  I co-created the elementary steam lab at CSDR which is in its fifth year of implementation.  Steam opportunities in middle and high school are slowly taking flight. Overall, I am a lifetime student focusing on student learning outcomes and best practices in math, science and steam.
