Exploring Science: Smithsonian ASL Interpreted Tour Event

Come and join us on an ASL Interpreted tour of the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History in Washington D.C.! Atomic Hands is partnering with Smithsonian Institutions to provide this event for DEAF 4th-8th graders!

This FREE tour will happen on August 15th, 2025 at 10am-11am inside the museum. A Smithsonian worker will guide the tour through the Q?rius exhibition. You’ll get to touch and see different science objects, use microscopes, ask yourself science questions and then test and experiment! You will also get the chance to nudge the Smithsonian worker about their career and how to start!
