I’m Afro-Latino, a biochemist, and an activist. My 10+ years of experience in team leadership at different organizations took place from community to employer. My leadership model was cultivated with the support of my multi-intersectional groups throughout a series of small discussions. I made several accomplishments in the laboratory. I trained staff and faculty in the culture of laboratory safety at the academic institution for 3 years. I won a runner-up award for the NAD Youth Ambassador Program in July 2018. My idea focuses on delivering STEM materials to non-STEM audiences via entertainment content.
